The Ragin' Contagion is way harder than Morag was. Here is some information:

Stats:
HP: 696
MP: 255
Attack: 68
Defense: 68
Agility: 50
Recommended level: 16-18

Attribute Resistances:
Weak to: Fire (125%), Light (125%)
Normally damaged by: Ice, Explosion
Resistant to: Wind (75%), Earth (75%), Dark (75%), Defense down (75%), Speed Down (50%)
Immune to: Attack down

Abilities:
Deceleratle - lowers agility of all party members
Kasap - lowers defense of all party members
Ordinary Attack: Does about 15 damage if you're at the recommended level, does about 20 after a Kasap, does about 30 after 2 Kasaps.

I recommend you have Acceleratle and Buff on a mage/priest, since it can balance the stat drops. I'm under-leveled and will grind to around level 17 before the next part.
