Previously, Heorot, the Prince of Somnia, returned home after becoming whole again and gained the Helm of Sebath, his second piece of legendary equipment. We're on a legendary roll!
After logging in, the party Zooms over to the Fashion Forge in the southwest of the real world (time 0:28). Then, using their Flying Carpet, they explore the southern part of the southwestern continent. After traveling up the western forest, they can board the carpet again to cross a lake.
Nestled in the southern mountains of the southwestern continent are the ruins of Castle Graceskull (time 2:59). The localized name is evidently a reference to He-Man and the Masters of the Universe from the 1980s. There happens to be a thief, er, treasure hunter here, but he has had no luck finding anything. Poor fellow.
The only object of interest here right now is the southwestern well (time 4:17). The party seems to have traveled back in time to when the castle was standing and populated.
As the party steps away from the well, a guard notices them and guides them inside (time 4:44). Apparently, some big ceremony is scheduled, and it's happening today! Naturally, that means it is time for the party to wander willy-nilly and explore the castle.
Out in the front of the castle, the party finds a Mottle Slime in the northeast of the courtyard (time 5:50). The ceremony has scared the gel out of him, so he asks to join the party. Well, of course! So, Spot, the Mottle Slime, joins the party. He joins at Level 1 with nothing.
The party checks out the western wing of the castle first (time 7:28). This seems to be where the soldiers live. At least King Falle believes in his soldiers being well trained. On the second level of the west wing, a bookshelf contains 'A Soldier's Diary' (time 9:41).
Then, the party checks out the castle's eastern wing (time 11:14). The kitchen is on the first floor, and the cook is working on something that sounds truly atrocious for the ceremonial offering. On the second level, a young woman is looking after her ailing grandfather. On the third level, there is a priest, but he does not offer saving services. Instead, people are discussing the impending ceremony.
One of the pots in the kitchen contains a Seed of Agility (time 12:19).
On the second level of the eastern wing, a wardrobe contains a Pretty Betsy (time 12:54).
Afterwards, the party begins exploring the central part of the castle (time 18:10). From the folks on the first floor, the party learns that King Falle is planning to summon a big, bad demon to battle the Archfiend. Yes ... what could POSSIBLY go wrong? At least there does seem to be a skeptic or two. In the scholar's room to the west, there is an ancient tome that crumbles to dust in the party's hands. Oops.
The party heads upstairs to the throne room (time 22:23). They come in on the tail end of the king issuing orders to three soldiers, who head upstairs. Afterwards, the party finds Chancellor Downe, who is blindly convinced of the king's success. In the eastern room, they find Slyde and Captain de Klein, who are guarding ... gasp! The legendary armour! No wonder these people are scared of the Archfiend.
The party continues upstairs to the third floor (time 26:17). Next time, they will finish exploring Castle Graceskull and hopefully obtain the legendary armour.
Thanks for watching!
