Previously, Link played a couple of rounds of the boat-rowing minigame down Zora's River and got a couple of bomb-related upgrades. The first was a second Bomb Bag, and the second was doubled capacity in all Bomb Bags. Nice! He also picked up the two Golden Bugs in Hyrule Field just south of Castle Town.

Now, it is time to explore Castle Town. First, on South Road, he pays a visit to Fanadi's Palace (time 2:03). This lady can tell two types of fortunes. "Career" provides advice about what needs to be done to advance the plot. "Love" provides guidance on finding a Piece of Heart. When she is chanting for "Love", she is saying "Wait ... loading takes awhile" backwards!

Then, Link checks out Agitha's Castle next door (time 3:47). Within, he finds a very strange girl named Agitha. Essentially, she wants the world's 24 Golden Bugs.

First, he gives her the Male Ant from Kakariko Graveyard (time 4:57). In return for the first Golden Bug, she rewards Link with the Big Wallet. Link can now hold up to 600 Rupees!

Then, Link begins giving Agitha the Golden Bugs he has found (time 6:24). Bugs come in male-female pairs. For the first bug in the pair, Agitha will give Link 50 Rupees, and for the second, she will give him 100 Rupees. Link hands over the Female Ant from Kakariko Village, the Male and Female Beetles from Hyrule Field in Faron Province, and the Male and Female Mantises from the Great Bridge of Hylia. This gives him a total of 400 Rupees to fill up his wallet.

Afterwards, Link goes northwest to West Road (time 10:55). Standing near the temple is a priest (time 11:43). He is taking donations toward peace in Hyrule. Right now, Link gives him 600 Rupees in 50-Rupee increments.

Next, he returns to Agitha's Castle along South Road (time 14:19). He gives her the Male and Female Stag Beetles from Hyrule Field north of Hyrule Castle, the Male and Female Pill Bugs from Kakariko Gorge, the Male and Female Ladybugs from Hyrule Field south of Castle Town, and the Male and Female Phasmids from the Bridge of Eldin. This gives him another 600 Rupees to fill up his wallet.

Link returns to the priest along West Road (time 21:52). So far, Link has donated 600 Rupees, so he must donate 400 more. When Link donates the last 50 Rupees and reaches the goal of 1,000, the spirit of love descends upon him, and he is rewarded with Piece of Heart #15 (time 23:17).

Link continues his exploration and heads east to the Central Square (time 24:13). Some Gorons are running little shops in the southwest tower (time 25:01). A Goron kid on the ground level sells Red Potion for 40 Rupees a serving, but Link resists the temptation. In the second floor hallway, Link purchases some Lantern Oil for 30 Rupees (time 27:05). Out on the second floor balcony, he fills up on Arrows--30 Arrows for 40 Rupees (time 28:39).

Afterwards, he finishes checking out Castle Town. There is strictly no entry to the castle. Also, there is a suspicious closed shop in the southeast.

Link continues east to East Road (time 31:18). There is a medical clinic here, but it seems to be closed. Also, the eastern door leads out to Hyrule Field and a Goron lamenting the inability to get more spring water. The bridge leading towards Kakariko Village is currently out. Oh, no!

The green-clad hero heads south and returns to South Road (time 33:54). During the day, the workers return to their stalls here. Unfortunately, unlike in Elder Scrolls, Link won't just snatch things.

Finally, Link checks out Fanadi's Palace again (time 40:21). He gets his "Career" fortune told this time. This time, she chants "What am I talking about" backwards. She advises him to visit a (not so) remote bar.

Next time, Link will visit Telma's bar to check on Ilia and the Zora child.
