Previously, Davilas sailed the troubled waters from Rendoa to Kokorata Beach in northwestern Rendaashia. Now, it is time to begin the quest to get to the kingdom of Gran Zedoura.

From Kokorata Beach, Davilas exits at F-2 to Koniwea Plain (time 0:39). "Koniwea" sounds almost like a Hawaiian name. This area is pretty easy to explore at Level 58. Only the Hawk Men seem aggressive. There are some sea creatures and undead roaming this shore. Davilas starts by searching for treasure.

At B-7, there is a black chest containing a Green Orb (time 4:05).

On the deck of a wrecked ship at C-7, there is a black chest containing a Casino Coin Ticket (time 6:44).

By a palm tree at D-5, there is a black chest containing an Yggdrasil Leaf (time 9:15).

On a bluff at E-4, there is a red chest containing 5 Magic Vials (time 10:10).

On the second level of a wrecked ship at E-4, there is a red chest containing Mini Medal #158 (time 11:32). Counting the 43 he has already spent, Davilas is currently at 115 medals.

At H-4, Davilas exits east to Sanmen Gate (time 13:33). As he enters, there is a scene with someone attempting to head north to Gran Zedoura. Unfortunately, no one is allowed to go through right now. Crows will enter behind Davilas and reveal that he must first resolve issues in Meru Sandy, Seredo, and Arahagiiro Kingdom. Nothing is ever simple, is it?

After the scene, Davilas regains control in Sanmen Gate (time 15:45). Before leaving, he sets a Ruura Stone for this place (time 16:32).

Then, he exits the door at H-5 to the Wald Water Source (time 17:59). Lots of bridges in this area. On the eastern side of the first bridge, look out for tough enemies. However, the enemies along the direct route to Meru Sandy in the southwest are not too nasty.

At C-3, there is a red chest containing Mini Medal #159 (time 20:06). Counting the 43 he has already spent, Davilas is currently at 116 medals.

On the northwest platform at C-3, there is an encampment (time 23:06). Davilas sets a Ruura Stone there. Then, he continues to Meru Sandy in the southwest. Wooden walkways provide a decent route.

On a small island at D-6, there is a red chest containing 5 Magic Vials (time 27:52).

At A-7, Davilas exits southwest to the Meru Sandy Grain Fields (time 28:42). Birdsong Nectar can be found in the fields here.

Another monument, similar to the one found in Kokorata Beach, can be found south of the entrance to Meru Sandy Village (time 29:58). Intriguing!

At E-5, Davilas heads on into Meru Sandy Village (time 30:20). A scene will take place just before he enters. He meets the lovely Mishua and spunky little Rasuka. Rasuka talks about a person named Zankuroune. When they meet, Davilas, they invite him to the village. The village guard, Savaru, bars Davilas's way, but Mishua and Rasuka convince him to let Davilas pass.

After the scene, Davilas arrives in Meru Sandy (time 34:20). This poor little village has seen better days, for sure.

Behind a tree at B-6, there is a red chest containing 3 lottery tickets (time 35:07).

Hidden behind some crates near the item shop at H-5, there is a red chest containing a Casino Coin Ticket (time 35:49).

On a hill behind the post office, there is a red chest at G-4 containing 5 Magic Vials (time 36:24). Force them on me, why don't you, game? ;-)

At the post office, Davilas checks his mail (time 36:52).

At the church, he sets his Ruura Stone for this lovely village (time 38:04).

Some eggs can be picked up over by the chicken coop.

Davilas heads into the village chief's house at D-3 (time 39:57). Within, he meets Chief Gasshu, Rasuka's father. Poor Gasshu's foot has seen better days, just like the village. He seems to be irritated by Rasuka's childish worship of Zankuroune, particularly when the guard Savaru comes in. Gasshu will ask Davilas to the Merun Waterwheel in the northwest of the Meru Sandy Grain Fields.
