Previously, Davilas did Quests 180 and 181, the Level 35 and 40 Gladiator quests. Now, he will level up Gladiator to Level 50 and then continue the quest line.

According to the logon message, lottery tickets are now placed under a new heading in the item menu. Fantastic. If nothing else, this gets them out of normal inventory.

After hiring a party, Davilas zooms over to Sanmen Gate (time 9:20). There, he takes on a quest to defeat 5 Nageki Moons, or Grief Moons, over in the Witch Wood (time 10:01).

Afterwards, he gets himself swept away to the camp in Rhone Forest (time 11:30). From there, he heads northeast to the Witch Wood (time 14:12).

While fighting enemies there, Davilas reaches Gladiator Level 48 (time 17:15).

Some Nageki Moons can be found along the southeastern road (time 19:00). More are in the elevated central area (time 22:22). They tend to be in the higher areas, from what I've noticed.

After a short time, Davilas and his party have defeated all five Nageki Moons (time 25:11).

Back at Sanmen Gate, he reports in (time 26:12). The rewards include 135,420 experience points and orb points. Gate quest complete!

After completion, Davilas jumps up to Gladiator Level 50 (time 27:20). He earns 7 skill points, which he puts into Swords for a total of 67.

Then, Davilas zooms to the Coliseum in Rakkaran (time 28:43). Downstairs in the Coliseum, he talks to Jeikofu at F-7 (time 29:58). Jeikofu issues the Level 45 Gladiator task, Quest 182.

Upstairs, Davilas talks to Clark by the counter at E-5 (time 31:11). Time to go back into the arena. Of course, Davilas's support characters will be turned off again.

Afterwards, a scene takes place in the arena (time 32:36). The medal king, Gourekku, is shown in his special throne above. Davilas's first contender, the Gladiator Barukesu, enters.

In round 1, Davilas must fight Barukesu (time 33:45). Um ... I'm unimpressed. Davilas's HP and MP are replenished after the bout.

A brief scene takes place next (time 34:28). Then, in round 2, Davilas fights Brigitte (time 35:23). Brigitte has a big sword, but she is not too impressive with it. Again, Davilas's HP and MP are replenished afterwards.

Another short scene takes place afterwards (time 36:12). Then, in round 3, Davilas fights Seinzu (time 37:28). He can also boost his damage with Double Up, so look out. Davilas gets his HP and MP restored after the fight once more.

Then, another scene takes place (time 38:33). The medal king rewards Davilas with a bouquet, but then some Saurus Lords invade the ring! Fortunately, a helpful masked man shows up to help.

But Davilas must take care of one of the Saurus Lords on his own (time 39:30). This is a Denta Saurus. Fortunately, it is not as tough as one of the Saurus Lords near Gaatoranto.

Another scene takes place afterwards (time 40:45). Apparently, some minister named Brandon has been behind the trouble, and Seinzu is in on it. And here I was thinking that Seinzu and the masked man were the same person. The masked man is actually Jeikofu!

Clark speaks to Davilas next (time 42:41). He rewards Davilas with a Strength Ring.

When Davilas is in control, he goes downstairs to talk to Jeikofu at F-7 (time 44:06). He rewards Davilas with the Gladiator's Coup de Grâce, Tension Boost. This is quite helpful as it rockets the user up to super-high tension. Quest 182 complete!

Afterwards, Jeikofu has flashbacks about King Gourekku and the wayward minister.

Then, the fourth montage for this quest line plays (time 46:58).

Finally, Davilas rests at the inn to attain Fame Level 35 (time 48:57).

Next time, Davilas will carry out Quest 183 and complete the quest line.
