We are currently in the postgame. Previously, the party made their way through the Founder's Forest to the Tree of Life. Now, they will make their way to the Hero's Sword.

After the events of the prior video, the party gains control on the Tree of Life. The party collects some goodies as they progress.

In the innermost chamber, a scene occurs as the party approaches the bower guarding the Hero's Sword (time 2:11). At first, it progresses as before, but as he approaches the bower, Davilas recalls what happened before. His new sword responds to a threatening presence. Homeros's attack does not have the same result! Undeterred, Homeros uses the power of the Dark Orb, but it is no match for the Demon King's Sword.

After the scene, it is boss time against Homeros (time 5:21). Using the power of the Dark Orb, he raises a barrier that protects him from damage. Fortunately, Davilas can get rid of this barrier simply by attacking with the Demon King's Sword equipped. Put Oomph on the hero, and you're good to go, especially if he has Sword Dance/"Tsurugi no Mai".

In the end, Homeros yields 8,000 experience points and 4,000 Gold (time 7:12). Sylvia reaches Level 32. He gains 5 skill points for a total of 13. Veronica reaches Level 33. She gains 4 skill points for a total of 17.

Another event occurs after Homeros's defeat (time 7:56). His Dark Orb shatters. His last-ditch blast shatters the Demon King's Sword with no harm to Davilas. King Derukadaaru and Greg arrive, the king noticing the spike left over from the sword. Davilas recalls what happened previously. Ro and Martina explain what Homeros did. The king summarily executes his traitorous strategist. The king seems to recognize that Davilas is not the demon child. Then, he notices that his daughter is still alive. He thought she had died during the attack on Yugunoa. The king then encourages Davilas to claim the Hero's Sword.

Davilas gains control after the scene (time 12:19). He can chat with the folks around, including King Derukadaaru and Greg. Poor Greg is shocked about his friend's treason.

Another scene occurs as Davilas examines the Hero's Sword's bower (time 14:03). Thankfully, this time, he is able to go in and claim the sword without any trouble. He now has the True Hero's Sword! Congratulating Davilas, King Derukadaaru is about to reach for the sword with an unsettling gleam in his eye, but dark tendrils reach up and slap his hand. Was that the dark Yocchi? Then, the king invites the party to meet him at Derukadaaru Castle. I am suspicious of his motives. Greg takes Homeros's pendant and apologizes to Davilas.

After the scene, the party regains control (time 16:24).

The party zooms to the camp in Derukadaaru Field (time 17:50). Davilas does some crafting on the Mysterious Blacksmith.

First, he cooks up a Comet Edge boomerang for Camus (time 18:58). This is an upgrade of the Meteor Edge found in Napugaana Jungle's central high ground accessible with Ketos. It also requires a Dragon Egg, a Thunderball, and a Lucida Shard.

Davilas next cooks up a Rasetsu Spear for Martina (time 20:57). This is an upgrade of the Kishin Spear found in the Castle in the Sky. It also requires a Dragon Egg, a Turquoise Branch, and a Dragon Horn.

Then, Davilas makes a Strong Gringham Whip (time 22:23). This is an upgrade of the Gringham Whip purchasable at Grotta's Casino. It also requires a Dragon Egg, a Turquoise Branch, and a Dragon Hide.

Davilas also makes a Gigant Axe (time 23:52). It is an upgrade for the Great Axe found in the Battlefield in the Sky. It also requires a Dragon Egg, a Densinium, and a Turquoise Branch.

Then, he makes the Empress Tiara for Martina (time 25:49). This requires a Gold Bar, 2 Sapphires, 2 Brighten Rocks, and 2 Glass Frits. He succeeds at making an Empress Tiara +1.

FInally, he makes Martina the Empress Dress (time 27:15). This requires a Technicolour Dreamcloth, 2 Amethysts, 3 Slipweeds, and 1 Angel's Soma. He succeeds at making an Empress Dress +2. The Empress Tiara and Empress Dress give Martina a lovely costume change.

Next time, the party will head to Derukadaaru Castle to visit the king. Maybe they will flush out Urunouga and finish him off before he causes mass devastation.
