I was playing the SNES version the other day, and remembered that I found PAR (Pro Action Replay) codes to access some unknown cheats also present in the SNES version. They are Infinite Chi, Blood, and a "For Paul..." difficulty. I'm not versed with the Genesis' assembly language (Motorola 68k). So, I sent JLukas a message to take a look at the game. Here are the cheats to access them:

"For Paul..." Difficulty:
In Options, highlight Difficulty. Press B, A, Left, Left, Start. The screen flashes. A new difficulty setting "For Paul..." is added.

Infinite Chi:
In the Game Select screen, when Game is highlighted, press Start, C, A, B, Start. The screen flashes.

Enable Blood:
In Options, highlight Speed. Press C, Right, A, B, Start. The screen flashes. Blood is now added to battles.
