This is video #03 in my Dragon Warrior III playthrough. Heorot and his new team start doing some hunting around Aliahan. They need a few levels and some Gold for new equipment. The Pilgrim, Angelo, and the Wizard, Jessica, are the first ones to reach Level 2 (time index 5:05 - 5:34). The Pilgrim learns Expel, and the Wizard learns Blaze.

In the next battle, the Fighter, Alyssa, reaches Level 2 (time index 6:55 - 7:38). After a couple more battles, the Hero, Heorot, reaches Level 2 (time index 8:55 - 10:14).

After resting, they visit the weapon shop and pick up a Leather Shield for Angelo (time index 11:18).

A little later, Angelo and Jessica reach Level 3 (time index 13:18 - 14:01). Alyssa reaches Level 3 before long (time index 15:05 - 16:01).

Afterwards, the party goes in to explore Aliahan at night (time index 16:32). Nothing much different, except that they can now get into the eastern house.

After a short while, Heorot reaches Level 3 (time index 17:52 - 18:16) and learns Blaze.

Next, the team goes back into Aliahan to get Angelo a Copper Sword (time index 19:08).

Angelo soon reaches Level 4 (time index 20:12 - 20:37). Jessica reaches Level 4 in the very next battle (time index 21:18 - 21:43) and learns Upper, which increases a single party member's defense. After a few minutes, Alyssa reaches Level 4 (time index 22:20 - 23:03).

After that, the team goes back into town to snag a Leather Shield for Heorot (time index 23:47).

After a few minutes, Heorot reaches Level 4 and learns Heal (time index 24:24 - 24:52). After a little bit, Angelo reaches Level 5 (time index 25:36 - 25:52). Jessica reaches Level 5 in short order (time index 26:32 - 26:56).

A few minutes later, they go back into town to get Angelo a Leather Armor (time index 27:26). His Wayfarer's Clothes can be handed down to Jessica, the Wizard.

Back in the field, it is a short time before Alyssa reaches Level 5 (time index 28:42 - 29:18). By this point, she is dealing decent damage with her bare fists.

After a few minutes more, the party returns to town and stocks up on Antidote Herbs (time index 29:57). It will be important to have these in the Tower of Najima.

Back on the overworld, Heorot reaches Level 5, and Angelo reaches Level 6 (time index 31:27 - 32:08).

Finally, the party rests for free at Heorot's house and saves with the King. In the next video, they will check out the Promontory Cave and head for the Tower of Najima.
