Legitimately, this is 1 of the hardest inn fights i've faced, and prolly the hardest solo-enemy alongside enraged archilles. I had an easier time against more infamous challenges like IE or SSEX. Somehow even with 70 energy-res Eulin still hit like a truck. Thankfully his 1st 4 shoulder strikes don't trigger debuffs. I choose ninja over pirate for ninja's non-flow low hit counts, and advantage over solo enemies. Ninja needs to turtle and flow Eulin AFTER HE ENRAGES, his non-enraged phase is not hard, but his 25-50%hp phase is rlly bad. Weirdly enough, after he forgo the cannon +bonus passive below 25%hp, he actually becomes easier.
As his energy atks hits hard, maybe you can try these 3 additional energy-res gear to reach 80res. As res becomes exponentially better close to 80. I will re-attempt with the trinket/weapon swap

trinket: ace of spades (6 more E-res, but MUCH less stats)
weapon: Dragon amulet cleaver of the elements (5 more E-res with comparable stats, but DC)
Helm: BraveSirRobins Fearless Helm (4 more E-res, but much less stats)
