Please note that ONLY END GAME ( level 70 ) Dragonflight NECKLACE will work for these medallion settings. The necklace I had was from Honor PvP vendor in Valdrakken.

To put a 3rd socket, you need the 3rd tier quality socket setting to work.

You can also also chose to put level 1, level 2 & level 3 medallion settings as a combo to add 3 gems of any quality ( dragonflight gems ).

But in this vid, I used 2 medallion settings of 2nd tier quality and one 3rd tier level quality medallion simply bcz it was cheaper on my end.

As for the gems, you can purchase any type that fits your needs according to your gameplay.
