This picture was requested by KoopaKingdomZ, of his male Gardevoir Original Character / OC named Gardit, sitting in a field of flowers while leaning back on his puffed-out skirt. So I did this quick drawing, and had fun trying out some different brushes as I painted the background.

I didn’t add more shadows or clothes wrinkles as I was afraid it might detract from the background.

Due to side effects from SSRI, I had stopped taking the SSRI, and thus my OCD continues to hinder my drawings. It is only sometimes, or when experimenting around in painting, that my intrusive thoughts and compulsions are less, hence producing more art that tends to have turned out even better, and done much faster, too.

Title: REQ - Male Gardevoir OC Flower Field Request


After my OCD worsened in 2014, (and my OCD was especially worse when I drew digitally, like in 2021 for example. It only just got a tiny bit better around 2022) I stopped drawing beautiful/handsome anime people. E.g. I used to draw detailed hair that captured the flow and movement, ✨ but after OCD the hair has gotten stiff and hard.

I’ve never had any art tutorial or class, and I still have not tried any sketching, blocking-in, or tracing. (I was born in 2000.)

I have a pretty bad case of OCD, so if you see me repeating, undoing, going back and forth, etc. it might be from the OCD. For example, anytime where there are lines that are for nothing.
