- About the Game:
DreadOut is a third person supernatural horror game where you play as Linda, a high school student trapped in an old abandoned town. Equipped with her trusty smart-phone, she will battle against terrifying encounters and solve mysterious puzzles which will ultimately determine her fate.

- First Impressions:
This is a twisted and sick game. The atmosphere, the monsters, everything is so damn creepy! Top notch horror game, no doubt there. The animations during the cutscenes made me cringe quite a bit, but whatever, that's not what this game is about. And the teengaers are just like every fool you would ever see in a horror movie that ends up dying and that for me is so exciting! I was so interested in the game at first, because these characters were so annoying that it just made me wonder, who's gonna die first? Is he gonna die yet? Oh, please, let him die now, right now! And the whole intro looked like such a cliche too. I was waiting for that moment where a horrible thing jumps on someone and I would be like YES! I desperately wanted that to happen. Sadly, the game did not deliver on that. I have to give them credit for that initial build-up though, hopefully we will get that oldschool horror movie type turned into a game in the future. Also, the whole smartphone thing is kinda getting old.
