- About the Game:
Chaos Domain is a game about shooting bad people in the face. Apart from that, it is also a run and gun platformer, powered by Unreal Engine. The game is highly influenced by games from 8-bit and 16-bit era, including Contra/Probotector series, as well as titles like Abuse and Doom Troopers.

- First Impressions:
Not going to lie, I was expecting more out of this game, but sadly it proved to be mostly an annoyance. You can't touch anything that is out to kill you because you will instantly die. The vertical camera is for the most part static, you literally have to force it by moving your character off the screen and even then it moves slowly. Sometimes you can backtrack, sometimes you can't. Some of the explosions don't seem to hit you, but you still die. Some of the projectiles get obscured when travelling through platforms. The weapon power ups are nice, when you can actually get them, which is not always easy. The controls aren't that great either, but they are fine once you get used to them. Ultimately, the most problematic issue would be the fact that you have a limited fire arc. I think this game would've worked much better with mouse aim.
