In the seventh episode of Dreamcast Homebrew I take a look at Beats of Rage. This is a moddable video game engine developed by Senile Team in 2003. It was inspired by the Streets of Rage series and allows you to create your own beat em' up game with no programming knowledge required. I take a look at three different mods: X-Men, Mortal Kombat Konquest, and Battletoads.
