ThirteenAG widescreen fix allows you to use the resolution you want but also enhance the distance where the models render !
In this video, i show you the difference between the fix (up) and the vanilla game (down) with spawn distance set to 10.
It's not perfect because the game is more laggy due to the increase of models on the screen (because the FOV is larger and the spawn distance greater) and the game can crash sometimes like in the end of the video.

I'm not sure i'm using this fix correctly so maybe i will do more video in the future with this tool.
