You may ask why i call this "lite edition"?
Lite edition because it doesn't mess up the game entirely on value change.
Only after some time when the music plays.
There is indeed another value that will glitch the game even harder also.

This here mostly affects:
-Vehicle light placement (right front light mostly)
-Vehicle wheel position placement (also right front wheel mostly)
-Render of level and vehicles
-AI Vehicle path glitching
-Certain traffic vehicles spawn into air randomly
-Map corruption (mostly for rio?)
-Random 3 2 1 go timer render (mostly for las vegas?)
-Cop AI corruption?
-Game crash (as it should be..)

The dark sounding notes mostly indicate something is changed inside other values but from what it seems the game mostly glitches if music tracks play certain sections.
