Simple test to show how splitscreen multiplayer is working now even it is very basic.

There are still a lot things to fix and implement.

Even it was easy to perform, i had to rewrite a few scripts especially for the main menu and the vehicles + i still need to add the driver 2 cars to be controlled and fix existing ones.
