It is finally possible to player multiplayer mode like singeplayer mode thanks RetroZvoc on the Driver Madness Discord. Sorry if gameplay is a bit slow. I didn't have anyone to play player 2 so I was controlling both on my own.

There can only be one type of regional vehicle (values 8-C) out at a time. So player 1 and 2 can not pick different regional vehicles only the same or else the game will crash. If player 1 is not in a regional vehicle and is in a regular vehicle and player 2 selects one this can crash the game since the game does not update the regional vehicle value for player 2. However you can change it manually and fix this problem with the code below:
