Driver Parallel Lines - Texture mod test on PCSX2

10PCSX2 has a texture mod support so i decided to see if i could atleast fix the corrupt TK but unfortunately it didn't work so instead, i'm using one texture from realisitic NYPD skin mod which is made by Olanov.
This is only a test to show off the possibility of texture modding in the PS2 emulator. I hope they added support for Software renderer mode because it only works on Hardware modes like Direct3D 11.
