Just to clear things up, the reason(s) I had to go to school were because I lost 6 out of 15 points on my license. If you lose more than 6, you have to go to school within one month or you lose your it. Once you take the course, you will have the points restored and bob's your uncle.
Why I lost points (take in mind I drove for 3 years in Chiba and NOT O.N.C.E got a friggin' ticket, but as soon as I moved to Tokyo and drove my 50cc scooter everywhere is when the cops started being dicks):
-Turning right from a 3 lane road
(You can't turn right on a 50cc scooter unless it's a 2 lane road)
-Going 50kilos in a 50kilo zone
(apparently 50cc scooters are only "allowed" to drive till 30 kilos an hour)
-Turning into a one way street
(My friend's house was right on that corner, didn't think it was a big deal)
-Crossing the yellow line on the street
(A cross walk cop was in my way and I moved across the lane to avoid him and the asshole stopped me)
