Part Six - Asia 2018.
January saw a mini tour of Asia, and a new drone. I got a DJI Spark for the portability. First things that strike me.....it feels like driving a bicycle down a three lane freeway, rather than driving a bus down a country lane, compared to the size and heft of the Xiro Xplorer. That's both good and bad. The good....it's easy to move around tight spots, and it goes largely unnoticed. The bad...it's easier to lose track of at a distance (but it feels solid and reliable so far).
Footage shot in my whirlwind tour includes Kuala Lumpur (Batu Caves) and Hong Kong.
Due to flying rules, Thailand is a no-go for drones unless you have a license and insurance.....
