How to get Slumbering Somnowl:

You need 1 Silken Thread (found on tailor vendors or the AH) and 1 Runed Writhebark (must be rank 3). Also you need to learn Hibernate skill
Cast Hibernate on Somnowls scattered and click on them while hibernated to obtain Soft Somnowl Feather.
Combine 5 Soft Somnowl Feather with 1 Silken Thread to obtain Somnowl Feather Strand.
Combine the Somnowl Feather Strand with a Runed Writhebark to obtain the appearance.

Reward from the quest The Answers You've Earned, the final quest in the short questline started with The Q'onzu Query. These series of quests start with Cenarius, being at chapter 4/7 Guardians of the Dream.

Next up, we have the Q'onzu Query. After that, Dreamkin kicks off with Q'onzu's Qualification. Just a short one to get us going!

The Feather of the Blazing Somnowl is awarded upon learning on any class the Reins of Anu'relos, Flame's Guidance which drops from Mythic Fyrakk on Amirdrassil.

It unlocks the Anu'relos, Flames Guidance Flight Form for every Druid on your account.

This druid form is the hardest to obtain and cannot be obtained solo
