Dungeon of Windaria (ダンジョン オブ ウインダリア) is an action RPG / dungeon crawler that developed and published by Compile Heart back in 2008 exclusively for the Nintendo DS handheld system and the Japanese market.

The game is not good.
It's a casual action RPG with minimal presentation/graphics, not that great sound effects and a weird pacing. What's more weird is ...although it's a license game, the developers didn't use the original art, soundtrack. Not even the storyline.
The main goal is to explore the Illusions Forest and collect items and...that's it! Every "zone" (4 in total) is randomly generated and contains 15-20 floors that you have to explore.
The duration is shorter than expected. Even if you fail hard in your adventure, you will not need more that 5-6 hours in order to complete it.
In general, this small and short game is ~for sure~ a lost opportunity for the Windaria franchise. It should be way better than this.
