Duckstation Emulation Comparison - Emu OC vs. Stock Speed
0Duckstation PSX emulator have this CPU overclocking feature that allows the PSX game can be run with specific CPU clock speed. This feature will not boosting overall FPS like frame skip but actually boosting internal FPS of the game. Enabling this function will gives a smoother 3D gameplay when the internal FPS were boosted to 60FPS or maintained consistently on 30FPS and not all PSX games can get benefit from this feature.
However, you will need to be cautious when enabling this feature as this will break your memcard game saving abilities, breaking the gameplay i.e stuck at black/white screen before going to next session etc.
