Windows Subsystem On Linux version 2 can be enabled on Windows 11 and brings many features such as Linux gui apps which can be accessed without needing the additional apps. In this video, I'm show you the comparison between the GPU hardware acceleration and the software acceleration in WSL.

Software acceleration uses llvmpipe GPU driver by default and basically it supports most recent OpenGL 4 version and useful for most of Linux gui apps that doesn't need intensive GPU power. Meanwhile, hardware acceleration only supports up to OpenGL 3.3 for now so you might having some issues when using OpenGL 4 apps. To enable hardware acceleration, WSL must be updated its kernel to version 5.10 and also installing from ppas below:
