Another neat feature got added to Duckstation sometime in the recent past, tv overlays. I found the default one to be too small, but this fan created one is great. Also has ultra wide versions for people with larger monitors.

Also added ntsc-adaptive-light post processing to do some slight composite signal blurring / chroma smearing.
