Dude plays MS-DOS Doom E3M6: Mt. Erebus (100%)!
2Well, hey, Hey there ladies, and gents and, welcome to yet another gaming video for my 100 percent walkthrough of the Original MS-DOS Doom on this video today, I will be demon-blasting my way through E3M5: Mount Erebus as you can subtly tell by its name this is basically located on a Mordor-like Volcano clearly situated in the Netherworld itself as it is surrounded by a giant lake of hellfire lava with charred remains and shrubs of deceased trees on the main island and this is obviously a very colorful level with lava cracks that form in one of the buildings of this level and we will be exploring them of course and its the very layout of this level that makes it a bit of a tricky and challenging one albeit nowhere near as the previous map before this one Unholy Cathedral but in all but two practice runs of this map I only got 95% of the items in this level Mount Erebus and that is why I had to turn on God Mode near the end of this level was so I could safely explore the entire level making sure I did not forget any of the 100 percent health and armor bonuses but don't worry I turned it back off when I got to the secret level after this one called Warrens.
Okay, so now we will be going onto the gameplay for this map. So taking out all the enemies on this map is very easy, to say the least as well as finding all the secret areas in this level too of which I will timestamp in alphabetical order below. There are only four secret areas on this map altogether!
A.First Secret Area: 6:00!
B.Second Secret Area: 7:37!
C.Third Secret Area: 8:25!
D. Fourth & Final Secret Area: 20:04!
And that is all four of the secret areas on this map folks, pretty easy to find once you do get the hang of it. Anyways, so one last thing I want to mention regarding gameplay in this level is we will only need one key which is a blue color-coded skull key which you will only need if you're using the normal exit to leave this but obviously I am using a secret exit to leave this level as you will see.
