Duke Nukem 3D composer Bobby Prince has filed a lawsuit against Gearbox Software, Randy Pitchford, and Valve for copyright infringement, alleging he owns the rights to music used in Duke Nukem 3D: 20th Anniversary World Tour without his permission.

He claims Randy Pitchford lied (big shock) when promising to "take care" of Prince and his royalties request. According to the filing, Gearbox was fully aware that Prince owned the music, but used it without contacting him and refused to take it down.
