Secret 1: Top of the submarine
After escaping the submarine at the start of the level, climb atop the outer hull. This triggers a compartment to open inside the submarine. The secret is earned by climbing on top, though the compartment can still be accessed within the sunken vessel.
Secret 2: Turret alcove
Outside the sub, enter the cave above the water and follow it to the ledge with the Blue Access Card. Turrets are on both sides of the ledge in alcoves. Destroy them, then jump into the right alcove. Open the left wall to find a secret.
Secret 3: Through the underwater cavern
Near the sub, grab the RPG by the Blue Access Card and drop into the water. Locate an underwater cave, blast a crack at the back, and follow the passage to surface in a secret area.
Secret 4: Hidden door near the entrance
After using the Blue Access Card, look for a hidden door on the right wall past the first bend in the hall. It leads to the windowed room full of Assault Troopers visible from outside.
Secret 5: Toxic waste along the conveyor belts
In the conveyor belt area, find a red-lit passage. On the right, a small pool of toxic waste hides a secret. Enter the waste, open the left wall to find Chaingun Cannon ammo.
Secret 6: Atomic Health inside the cylinder
At the top of the conveyor network is a control room with two wall cylinders. Use the blue box next to them to open the sides. Climb into the left one and jump up to a ledge with Atomic Health.
Secret 7: Dark cave above the flooded chasm
After shrinking and flipping the switch, enter the water next to the shrinker beams. Surface in a canyon, climb to the highest point. Instead of crossing the chasm, jump into the nearby dark cave.
Secrets 8–10: Series of cracks in the wall
After the flooded chasm in the second outdoor area, go to the control room with water-level switches. Outside is a cracked wall. Blow it up to reveal a secret. Inside are more cracks; each reveals another secret, leading back to the submarine.
Secret 11: Crawlspace beside the security monitor
In the control room above water in the second outdoor area, use the wall between the monitor and the red cylinder. It opens a crawlspace along the base of the wall.
Secret 12: Teleporters above the waterfalls
After passing rotating gears, emerge and follow a fast water current to a waterfall. On the right, blast a crack in the wall to find a hidden room with a teleporter to a secret area.
Secret 13: At the beginning of the sewage canal
After shooting a switch and jumping across platforms near the level's end, find a sewage canal. Above it, spot a fan. Shoot it, climb the right ledge, and enter the fan opening to find two Atomic Healths.
Secret 14: Secret exit button
Near the final exit button, there’s a crack on the left side of the sewage canal. Blast it to access a hidden area with a secret exit to Launch Facility.
Other hidden compartments
These are not counted as secrets:
Above water at the start, reach the ledge with the Blue Card and RPG. Jump into the left-hand nook with the Turret (across from Secret #2). Open the back-left wall for a hidden compartment.
Inside that compartment, open the right wall to find another hidden compartment.
After swimming through the gears, just before surfacing, one of the darker walls is passable and leads to an underwater room with items.
In the water near the moving platforms, a switch reveals a button. Shoot it to shift the platforms, then dive to find a hidden cache behind them. Move fast to avoid being crushed. It contains an RPG and ammo.
