Secret 1: Under the Billboard
At the start of the level, jump onto the wooden crate and then onto the sloped ledge along the building. From here, jump to the ledge beneath the "Innocent?" billboard.
Secret 2: Rockets on the Apartment Bed
From the sloped ledge in Secret 1, jump through the second or third window from the right. Inside, you’ll find RPG ammo, which counts as the second secret.
Secret 3: Steroids Behind the Poster
In Secret 2, interact with the "Biker Bimbos" movie poster at the far end of the room to reveal a hidden compartment behind it, containing Steroids.
Secret 4: Cash Register
Behind the counter in the theater's central lobby, use the cash register to open a hidden compartment near the top of the wall opposite the counter. Stand below the opened compartment and interact with the wall to activate a hidden elevator that will lift you to the compartment, where you’ll find Armor.
Secret 5: Captive Woman Behind the Projector Room
There are two ways to access this secret:
In the projector room, open the brick wall next to the fire extinguisher near the stairs to reveal a hidden room with a woman trapped in an alien pod.
Alternatively, from the bathroom, climb atop the toilet stalls and enter the air vent in the wall. Follow the ventilation shaft to reach a secret area with a woman trapped in an alien pod.
Secret 6: Inside the Projector Room
In the projector room, jump atop the projector to reveal a hidden compartment containing an RPG.
Secret 7: Behind the Cinema Screen
Activate the switch inside the projector room to open the cinema screen's curtains. Use the RPG to blast through the crack in the screen, revealing a hidden area behind it. Inside, you’ll find a Jetpack and Shotgun ammo.
Secret 8: Bachelor Pad Above the Cinema
On the main street, the second row of windows above the palm tree hides a secret bachelor pad. There are two ways to reach it:
Near the bridge to the exit button, drop onto a ledge. From there, follow the ledge to the cinema's front, jump to the palm tree, and then leap through the second row of windows.
Alternatively, use the Jetpack from Secret 7 to fly through the second row of windows above the palm tree.
Other Hidden Compartments
The following compartments are not counted toward the "Secrets Found" tally at the end of the level:
After entering the ventilation shaft above the bathrooms, look for a crack in the wall at the shaft’s inside corner. Blast through it to find a Holoduke.
In the arcade, press the "use" button on the Duke Nukem II machine to reveal a Holoduke inside the wall on the right.
At the bottom of the elevator, jump atop the trash can. Press the "use" button to open a hidden compartment above. Inside, you’ll find a Small Medkit, Night Vision Goggles, and Pipe Bombs.
While standing on the bridge to the exit button, activate the Jetpack and fly to the building's top. There, you’ll encounter two Turrets and a compartment containing Shotgun ammo and another Jetpack.
