Duke Nukem 3D Megaton Edition:When Worlds Collide
*I really don't know what the fuck is FRAPS's problem but this video took up 10GB on my Windows 10 Laptop for an whopping 13:28 total time, Aside from that.. Yes I have the controversial Megaton Edition, I got it before they could take it down (Gearbox) but never thought to capture any video until now, I also haven't used Keyboard and mouse in Duke much, I am more accustomed to Keyboard only..
I found this version of Duke Nukem 3D to have more content than 20th Anniversary World Tour, Yes, But World Tour has better controls and obviously the new True 3D graphics (and an new 5th episode), Mostly Megaton Edition does feature Duke It Out In D.C., Duke Nuclear Winter and Duke Carribean Lifes A Beach, however this version has some of the worst controls I have ever had to endure, The default keys like space bar to jump and Left Alt to crouch is bullshit, The way I played Duke 3D from the CD in the old days was A to Jump Z to crouch and space bar to use.
Obviously Servers are rare to find for Megaton Edition but I know the Vita Version has servers when run, What is an letdown with Megaton Edition is the fact that the game on the ps3 and vita often does not load up after finishing an level due to trying to update the servers lists and also best times list..and the face that this version did not survive for less than 1 year! I don't even remember (or think) that there was ever even servers active for this game on PS3 and Vita, I never found them on PC through steam.. Gearbox Software has done so much damage to Duke Nukem's reputation and the fanbase that an new Duke Game probably won't ever happen... Fuck. You. Gearbox Software, You ought to give the Duke Nukem 3D I.P and rights to someone who actually cares about the series..!
