One note in the Townhall (red2) said something about an "abandoned place on the other side of the mines." You're about to enter this place, which is forgotten a long time ago and now is home to something far more worse than aliens...But it even gets worse: The aliens made a deal with these nightmare creatures so be VERY careful!


This map blew me away when I first played it in NIB the Nightmare Edition. I've always been a sucker for spooky and dark gritty maps, and this one is one of my personal favorites. The atmosphere is perfect for the theme of being an abandoned mine town, and there's plenty of ghosts to shoot and spooky sounds while you explore and try to find your way out, complete with gloomy music. Almost makes me regret that I didn't play this for Halloween!


Another fantastic level by Merlijn v. Oostrum, and definitely my favorite of the Red Series. Oh and this level didn't actually have a name, but isn't it fun to pretend it does?
