The third installment of Merlijn v. Oostrum's amazing shaky grounds map series, and the map I actually was requested to do! This is another beautifully crafted level with plenty of enemies and challenge.


So now we know the mastermind behind these earthquakes is Froyd Eenakee, the son of the cycloid emperor. He's luckily stupid and arrogant enough to let Duke escape last time, but Duke still has a ticking time bomb over his head. Our hero has to make it to a place called the Epicenter to put an end to all this, before that doomsday device can charge again!


Just about everything I said about the last two maps of this series applies here. A fun and good challenge, huge amount of detail and Easter eggs, and plenty of intense sequences. Literally my only regret is that I just couldn't find that last secret area. Darn it!
