I've run this team since day 1 of the Shade release (when All Purple guild quest comes up) - It rarely loses, but it can be susceptible to someone who has a very high Black Diamond and/or Masuta Kira.
Very few teams will survive both Kobal and Ponti in back to back turns, so any team that has something like Yoko or Bovus going first, its all over. Keeping Dagrund in the mix is helpful for the caster buff, and also to give Shade some energy to possess someone in round 2.
