Before Diablo clones, there were Gauntlet clones. Dungeon Explorer takes away Gauntlet's annoying deterioration mechanic, which was designed to sap your hit points and your quarters. It keeps the mazes and the monster generators, while adding several new classes. For this research video, I am playing as the warlock.
