I cut out the boat segment. My oldest video has it if you really want to see it. It's just battle toads esque and completing it gives you HUGE buffs that you'll want to get every time, especially that experience buff!

Pursue the Express Train Special Dungeon Level 68-71 played solo with Elementalist/Archmage. Although the APC/cameo Hotaru is going to help you regardless.

Hotaru is from Neople's game Cyphers saves you after the boat minigame is done with. You want to keep her alive so go all out. If you reach the boss room with her alive you'll take on both Commodore Cannonhand and Admiral Von Beornan at the same time! Harder but WORTH it, much better rewards and experience.

If you have to choose though, The Commondore is the more dangerous of the two with his new annoying moves like the red orb that resets all of your cooldowns if you face it or that annoying flash bang grenade that blinds you.

Edit: Wow I actually had the luck of getting a Lurid Star but now my Ele is 76 so...it's a bit late lol.
Flame Void Volcano is just your best friend here as an Ele when it comes to the boss room, that move is AMAZING.

You also gotta love some of the mobs and bosses. Angry freakish Crocodiles, goofy Mermen who toss fish at you, a random loli mermaid who sometimes replaces the bosses and of course Masked Masakame who is literally a ninja turtle.

Also the other reason I like this place is...Great experience this is where I first hit 70 in this version of DFO. Just make sure to complete the mini game without dying and to keep Hotaru alive until the boss room. The bosses tend to kill her though if you don't keep them locked down or kill them first. Even after 70 this place STILL offers better experience than Time Gate dungeons at least until about 74. I personally just leveled my Ele to 73 and went to the Time Gate Dungeons.

You also get nice gold from running this place provided you didn't fail the boat segment and a ton of magic sealed items.

Lastly, Oceanic Express is one of the cooler places in the game. Even the music on the map before you go into a dungeon is great. How can you beat a seatrain?

And yes I know of TB being better now, well duh! It's a higher level special dungeon of course it offers better loot and experience than this place.

Man that new event. REALLY good for new players to come in and for those who want to level alts of more difficult classes.
