To gain the One For All trophy, you need to beat the final boss in a 4-player multiplayer game.

You can accomplish this trophy by playing solo. The only requirement is that you need 4 controllers.
I highly recommend having character that is higher than level 40. I used my character that was level 75. First create 3 other characters, then load up your high level character, once in the game, load up the other characters with your other controllers. Go up to the final boss and defeat her. It doesn't matter is the other characters die, which will happen with level 1. Once you defeat the final boss, resurrect the other characters then finish the game. Once the credits start, the trophy will appear.
