You can again choose two different approaches to this level, one will let you liberate some dark knights to use for the conquering of the fortress while the other just places you outside of it and you need to fight your way into it.
The first one was glitching out for me for some reason so I chose the latter, and it's not too hard and you can capture a bunch of high level fairies and convert them to fight for you.
