Dungeons of Dredmor - Pseudo Retro
Dungeons of Dredmor is a modern roguelike game. A game with a randomly generated dungeon full of treasure and monsters, with the general objective to get to the bottom and kill the big nasty evil thing there. The "proper" way to play these games is without saving, except when exiting the game. So it raises the tension when there is no reloading. Such games are usually very difficult.
This game has a very silly sense of humour that appeals to me and doesn't take itself too seriously. In this brief attempt, I didn't get to see much of the game, but I like it so far. It's one of those games that takes a long time to get the most out of it.
