Duplicated quest item
I'm really not sure how this happened, exactly.

I confederated Greasus. Then few turns later, I get a Quest objective for the Quest Item, which I thought Quest Objectives/Tasks became obsolete on one of the latest patches. I finished the Quest Objective which was Raze or Sack 3 different settlements (something like that). Then, I noticed Greasus already had his Quest Items equipped. Hence, there's a duplicate.
