The beginning moments of this level are likely some of the most frantic and hectic in this game. Just be sure to pre-maturely trigger the cowgirl in one of the buildings. Also, if you're doing Pacifist, the central pit is the best place to dump barrels so they don't invalidate that end of level reward when enemies detonate.

Do note that I haven't really mentioned the scientists. Their attacks deal more damage to your morale compared to any other enemy. They're deadly when coupled with other enemies and strangely take more hits to take down than the soldiers, who would be equipped bullet resistant vests. Kinda weird, that.
