Dutch Pinball's The Big Lebowski Pinball
0Here's a very special preview video of Dutch Pinball's upcoming game, The Big Lebowski! For two nights only Modern Pinball NYC hosted a special launch party where you could play two of the three prototype games.
These two machines where recently on display at the 2014 Pinball Expo in Chicago. From speaking with the team they modified some of the upper playfield parts after the first test run due to balls getting stuck. A few times some air balls had to be placed back in but other then that for the time I played them the games ran fine.
As the video says, it's a preview. The software in the game is listed as a "Pre-Alpha" so while the game flips great and was a lot of fun to play there isn't any modes in the game currently. As of right now you can use the awesome mini bowling ally they have under the playfield. You can smash the car in the upper playfield and get the Dude's Multiball mode going.
As you can hear, the game has tons of licensed music in the game and also, true to the movie A LOT of cursing. After talking with the guys they are planning on having a mode that's more family friendly, but as in the lines are spoken just like they where in the movie.
