As of version 0.3.0, or possibly before, ZSNES (and both ZMZ and ZNES, although they weren't invented when this video was taken) works quite well.

A note to the ZSNES and/or ZMZ/ZNES developers or anyone else developing DirectDraw programs: If you have stopped or slowed development of your software because of poor DirectDraw support in Windows Vista and later, DXGL may be your solution.

Please note that there are some moments where the framerate drops. That does not have to do with DXGL or ZSNES, but instead because I used a capture program called Fraps, and it encountered some disk fragmentation, forcing me to stop and restart the recording a few times.
