DXGL 0.4.0 has very much improved surface locking, supporting the locking of rects within the surface. This fixes PSX GPU plugins such as Pete's DX7.
Still broken were color keying and D3DTLVERTEX vertices with non-fullscreen viewports.
Color keying was added in 0.4.1 and viewports were fixed in 0.5.0.
Pete's DX6 D3D plugin has the same level of compatibility as the DX7 plugin, thanks to the IDirect3D3 interfaces added in DXGL 0.3.x
