This is part one to give you somewhat of a backround when it comes to modding these games. It can be a somewhat meticulus process having to manually edit all these files but I'm actually working on a program right now that makes the edits for you in a simplified GUI for the most popular items. now the GUI wont be able to make the edits while in game as that would require some sort of DLL injection or RTE tool (i have not seen one included in the development kit for this game) and I'm not really trying to undergo the challenge of that currently I am more so just trying to make this less of a long careful process while minimizing conflicts with other mods. In essence this tool modifies specific values of certain things and as long as the mod you install doesn't alter that specific value it will be compatable. Very much needed as there is currently no way to make mods compatable unless you manually change the code in the files and I think a GUI that does that process for you with a click of a button and sliders would me monumental in regards to how easy and quick we'll be able to make changes. thanks again for watching and if you actually read this drop a like and comment telling me what you think about the application!
