0Brecken radio's through to say someone has turned on the 18th floor of the tower and they are doing all they can to contain it but need Antizin now!
Crane is on his way back to Rais to get payment but is told to find a missing patrol or don't bother coming back. Crane finds the patrol and shot at by a lone gunman. Crane gets the envelope with the blueprints.
Crane speaks with Alexi who tells him that his son has joined the tower to be a runner and asks Crane to bring him back. Crane clears a zone and spends the night there. The next day he makes his way back to Rais who goes back on the deal and gives Crane 5 vials of Antizin, if Crane wants two cases then he has to bring Jade to Rais.
Alfie tells Crane that the gas system has gone down and the whole city doesn't have any gas. Crane returns to the tower and gives Jade what little Antizin he has. He also sees the aftermath of what happened on the 18th floor. Crane speaks with Brecken who is now thinking of going to Rais himself, Crane asks him to allow him some more time to come up with an alternative.
Crane speaks with Rahim who still wants to plant explosives on the tower where the volatiles are gathering and preventing night runs.
Crane speaks with the GRE and requests more Antizin drops which they decline. Jade tells Crane of a old school that she believes Rais is using as a place to store supplies including Antizin.
