Dying Light - Part 26 - Missing People And A Strange Man
0Hello everyone and welcome back to Dying Light.
We are about to get ready for a dangerous quest. We need to pick some mushrooms, but they can only be picked at night. This means there will be more zombies and volatiles in the area. The volatiles still hit extremely hard even through we have upgraded weapons so we will try to avoid them. We head inside a cave through a water tunnel. Once inside we begin to search for the mushrooms, they are bright green in colour so they stand out on the walls. Once we have them all we return back to sleep through the night. The next morning we speak with Dahlia and hand over the mushrooms, she cooks them up for our use. This potion can help keep zombies away.
We then head across town to help our some more people that are missing. It seems that a mother was bitten and one of the children is still missing. One of the children tells us a story about a strange man that tried to keep her and her mother. She also tells us about her brother who is hiding in a house with red flowers. We don't have much to go off, but this child must be terrified so we need to find them. We head back to the city to look for the house with the red flowers, when we get close we hear a child crying. After securing the area we find Jamil still hiding where his mother told him to stay. Jamil tells us more about the strange man and that his name was Salim, he also tells us that Salim lives in a tool shop.
Now we know we are looking for a tool shop we begin searching for the children's mother. We arrive at one of the tool shops and there is someone living inside. Salim refuses to open the door and even threatens us. It does not take long for Salim to try and get rid of us by calling for more infected. After this plan does not work Salim tries to finish us by himself. We manage to take him down and get inside the building. We search around and find a small hatch in the floor, down there is Aida the children's mother. We tell her to take the children and go to the Tower, we will make sure they have enough Antizin there.
We have a few smaller items that also need to be collected in order to make a bomb, so we look around for the items needed.
