Welcome back everybody! To Let's Play Dying Light: The Following - Nightmare gameplay difficulty, part 15! Ties that Bind, sounds like a easy quest right ? Well Wan’t can wrong can go ? We just have to find Ezgi before she will do something incredibly stupid! Easy, so she should be at Ozan farm, right. TIME TO HIT THE ROAD!
Well then, there are good and bad news, bad news is Ezgi was not at the farm – Do You even know how many farms are there in Dying Light: The Following !? – Good news she is alive. She is nearby. Also worth pointing out in Dying Light: The Following the runners act better then they did in vanilla game. I don’t know is it because of a nightmare mode or it is how the new infected act. There have been a few changes in zombie behavior in Dying Light: The Following. I do wonder will techland make more of those and increase the difficulty of zombies in future Dying Light. Right back to the quest The Ties that Bind. Now this is actually a 3 part quest, first part is to check Ozan farm, later locate Ezgi on the camp site. Now here comes the fun part…. She wan’ts to get to Haaran, yeah the city from vanilla Dying Light. Like she does really belive that place is a less of a hell hole ? The path to Harran leads thought… a hive! Alright… normally I do not recommend doing Hives at day in Dying Light: The Following. Wile the runners and bitters are not a threat but an Ultimate Volatile ? That is a different story. Soo plan is, get in fast get out even faster… Should be easy ? The Ties that Bind better be a rewording quest! I think the hive in quest The Ties that Bind is the easiest to destroy just after Sabit hive. There are two volatile nest and I found 3 Normal Volatiles. So nothing difficult even on Nightmare a well aim head-shot should be a quick deal with the Volatiles. I think it is because The Ties that Bind is a side quest and the hives themselves in Dying Light: The Following are very optional. I don’t realy think there is a big need of destroying the Hives in Dying Light: The Following. I have heard rumors those Hives actually will reduce the amount of Volatiles Spawning. Also worth noting out while searching for Ezgi on the camp site in Dying Light: The Following on quest The Ties that Bind there may spawn a demolisher. Normaly on nightmare I do deal with him by a well aim head-shot from a crossbow but in case you will have to melee fight him, do strong attacks first and then finish him off when his armor will be removed.
