EA fined millions over loot boxes
EA is being fined by the Netherlands Gambling Authority for $10 million euros over there use of loot boxes and ultimate team packs in FIFA. EA is going to try and fight this further in the courts but so far things haven’t been going their way. In other news; Far Cry 6 and Rainbow Six Quarantine have been delayed, Todd Howard tips his hand to say Elder Scrolls 6 might not be an Xbox console exclusive, Activision Blizzard is looking to hire 2000 people, and supposedly Best Buy will have PS5 and Xbox Series X consoles in stock for black friday.
