What's up everyone,

Today I am going to be playing a new game coming to the Quest 2, The Light Brigade. You can pre-order it now, and it will be available on Feb 22nd for sale.

This is an amazing roguelike FPS game. It is one of the best FPS I have played so far for 2023. The game has so much going for it, that I don't know where to start.

For anyone not familiar with The Light Brigade, its a roguelike FPS game set in an amazing looking environment. The art style they went with is sweet. The world has a dark realm look, mix with elements of World War 2. You are among the ranks of the Light Brigade, and only you can bring the the dawn of light to the world again.

The game is like any other roguelike game. You do a run, make it as far as possible, die and repeat. The levels are procedurally-generated and each look very unique. No two runs will be the same. This game has a leveling system, and several different classes to unlock and level up. Each with its own unique weapon loadout. The game is permadeath and is hard as hell, but you keep your rank, classes you have unlocked and any skill points you have spent on each class.

During the runs you will also have to keep an eye out for loot, and buffs to help you on each run. This is one of those games you will say one more run, and play for hours on till your Quest battery is dead. Its an immersive and addictive game.

The weapon physics, and handling are sweet. No FPS is complete with out good weapon handling, and this game is bright on that. The weapons feel amazing and are super easy to interact with. The grab system is a real treat as well.

I am absolutely in love with this game, and can not get enough of it. This game is easy to learn, but hard to master. The grind is just so addictive.
